Arjuna Madanayake and Jin Wei attended the DARPA MTO Lifelong Learning Machines (L2M) Proposer’s Day at the DARPA Conference Center. A poster titled “Deep learning based distributed multi-beam UAS-tracking radar solutions” was presented.
Dr. Arjuna Madanayake attended GOMACTech’2017 in Reno, Nevada. He presented a paper in the Phased-Arrays session.
Congratulations to co-authors Paulo Oliveira, Raiza Oliveira, Renato Cintra, and Fábio Bayer for the paper titled “JPEG quantisation requires bit-shifts only”, to appear in IET Electronics Letters.

The paper titled “DFT Computation using Gauss-Eisenstein Basis: FFT Algorithms and VLSI Architectures” has been accepted for publication in IEEE Trans. on Computers. Well done, co-authors Diego Coelho, Renato Cintra, Vassil Dimitrov, Nilanka Rajapaksha, and Gihan Mendis.
