On April 22, 2010, The University of Akron held its first annual Information Technology (IT) Day. As a distinguished panel of judges consisting of business executives and faculty perused the displays, students from the College of Business Administration (MIS) program along with students from the Computer Science program showed off their skills by presenting concepts advancing the frontiers of Information Technology. After the judges absorbed the content of the presentations and assigned a score, an awards ceremony commenced and prizes for first, second, and third followed.
CITe is pleased to announce Manik Dhawan as the First Place winner! Manik is a graduate student pursuing a MSM-IS degree at the College of Business Administration.
