We have received several reports of users getting Internal 500 Errors when attempting to access the Quizzes tool, Discussion topics, and the Course Builder. We have alerted Desire2Learn of the issue, and they are diligently working on the issue as we speak.
We know that this is an extremely inopportune time for such issues to occur, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Will this be fixed by 8/22? I have an online Medical Terminology class. All quizzes are online!
