We are aware of an issue currently affecting some students in various Springboard courses. When these students attempt to view feedback in a Dropbox folder, they receive an Internal Error. We have opened an incident with Desire2Learn, and they are currently investigating the issue. We apologize for the difficulty that this issue is causing.
