Tip of the Week: Bookmarking in Content

As a student, there are probably items in Content in your Springboard courses that you find yourself visiting quite often. Documents like the course syllabus, instructions for an assignment, slides for the current chapter, and others might require several visits over the course of the semester. Instead of navigating through the entire Content structure, you can instead bookmark those topics directly within Content.

To bookmark a Content topic in a course -

  1. Navigate to your course in Springboard.
  2. Select Content from the navigation bar.
  3. Select the topic that you would like to bookmark.
  4. At the top of the Content viewer, select the Bookmark icon.

That’s all there is to it! Once you have bookmarked the topic, you can access it from two places:

  • The Bookmarks widget on your course homepage, and
  • The Bookmarks section within the Content tool.
