Are You Graduating Spring 2008?
All graduate students must complete an Advancement to Candidacy/Graduation Application form to be considered for graduation. If you are planning on graduating this semester and have not yet submitted your Advancement to Candidacy/Graduation Application you must turn it in to the Graduate School immediately. See the links below for master’s and doctoral forms. (Please note that the department must complete and sign the form as well as the student before it is submitted to the Graduate School)

The form only needs to be completed once. If you have already submitted one for a previous term you do not need to resubmit. If you are unsure if you have submitted your form you may e-mail your name and student ID number to Jessica Fritz at jfritz@uakron.edu to check.
