Are You Graduating Soon?
All graduate students must complete an Advancement to Candidacy/Graduation Application form to be considered for graduation. The form is submitted to the student’s department then to the Graduate School. See below for links to the forms:

Fall 2008 Graduates
Students planning on graduating in Fall (December 2008) should have already submitted the Advancement to Candidacy/Graduation Application. If you have not done so yet, you must submit the form immediately in order to be considered for December graduation.
If you have already submitted the form, you should have received your copy in the mail as well as the Degree Clearance form. These forms indicate your remaining degree requirements. Spring 2009 Graduates
Students planning on graduating in Spring (May) 2009 must submit an Advancement to Candidacy/Graduation Application form to the departmental office by Monday, September 15, 2008.
