AkronLawJobs No. 6412 Overview: Assist corporate review paralegals and attorney with the following tasks: Proofing and updating metadata in document management system; Requesting and reviewing background checks; Drafting agreements with sales intermediaries; and other corporate review matters as they arise.
Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate law degree from a local accredited law school, having finished first year. Desire and ability to work 20 hours per week May 2015 – August 2015, Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
