Seeking students who are committed to promoting inclusion and diversity in the legal profession and who also possess a long-term interest in practicing law in a global law firm.

Benefits of the program: 5 to 6 weeks in a Latham office during summer 2016. 4-5 weeks at a Latham client during summer 2016. 2017 summer associate position upon successful completion of the 1L Fellowship Program. Upon acceptance of an offer to return as a 2017 summer associate, participants will receive a $10,000 scholarship through the 2L Diversity Scholars Program. Invitation to the firm’s Diversity Leadership Academy held on April 1-3, 2016 in San Francisco (firm sponsored, including hotel, meals, and travel). Participation at June 2016 Summer Academy in Long Beach, CA. Ongoing mentoring from Latham lawyers.
