- You have not yet submitted your first application for admission to the Ohio Bar (the “Application to Register as a Candidate for Admission” found on this webpage), and
- You have not yet completed the information questionnaire for us to prepare your Certificate of Dean,

You have until November 15, 2016 to submit this first application to the Supreme Court of Ohio Bar Admissions Office.
As part of this application, you will need a Certificate of Dean as well as a Fingerprint Card from Akron Law Student Services. In addition, you need to request an official undergraduate transcript confirming receipt of your Bachelor’s Degree.
If you have not already done so, please complete this questionnaire before Friday, September 30, so we may accurately prepare your Certificate of Dean.
For those of you who have already submitted the questionnaire, you will receive an email confirming that your Certificate of Dean is ready to be picked up – we are planning to have your certificates ready on September 30 if you have already submitted the questionnaire.
