MH’s Intellectual Property team works on a wide variety of cutting edge legal and technical issues in the federal courts, before the USPTO, and in jurisdictions all over the world. We are seeking candidates who have been committed to academic success and who have gained valuable, diverse work and extracurricular experiences in school and in your community throughout your undergraduate and law school programs.
Qualifications: Candidates must be in the top 20% of the class, have a technical background, and be eligible to take the patent bar exam. Must be available to work part-time during the school-term (at least 4 hours per day/3 days per week) and full-time during the summer.
