We welcome back Dr. Raymond Cox III this semester from McGill Institute in Montreal, Quebec, where he was studying public policy issues affecting the United States and Canada. Dr. Cox spent the fall semester at McGill as part of the Fulbright Distinguished Chair’s Program. He is the first professor at The University of Akron to receive this distinction. In particular, Dr. Cox sought to expand his research on ethics in Canadian municipalities.
