The Wilds has nearly 10,000 acres of reclaimed \nmine land and remnant forest patches which present opportunities for \necological restoration and research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apprentices gain hands-on experience, participate in \nvegetation and wildlife studies and receive field training on a variety \nof ecological studies in wetland, forest, stream &amp; grassland \nhabitats. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Wilds has ongoing Internship opportunities.
