Vegetables<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>1 bag Frozen Broccoli <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>1 tbsp Jarred Garlic <\/li><li>1 Large Yellow Onion<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cook quinoa or rice<\/li><li>Saut\u00e9 yellow onion, garlic,\nand bell peppers<\/li><li>Bring vegetable\nstock\/broth to a boil<\/li><li>Add frozen vegetables,\nonion and garlic, and quinoa\/rice<\/li><li>Reduce heat and let simmer\nfor 30-40 minutes<\/li><li>Season to taste and enjoy<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sweet Potato Burrito Bowls:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 cups of cooked Quinoa\nor Rice<\/li><li>Protein of choice\n(tofu, chicken, etc.)<\/li><li>1 cup of Black Beans<\/li><li>\u00bd cup of Canned Corn<\/li><li>2 Roasted Sweet Potatoes<\/li><li>\u00bd cup of Salsa<\/li><li>1 cup shredded Cheese<\/li><li>2 Bell Peppers <\/li><li>1 White Onion<\/li><li>\u00bd cup of Jalape\u00f1os<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;Cook quinoa or rice<\/li><li>Saut\u00e9 onion and bell pepper<\/li><li>Roast chopped sweet potatoes (seasoned to taste) for 20 minutes at 425 degrees<\/li><li>Cook your chosen protein <\/li><li>Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Broccoli Casserole:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>16 ounce bag of frozen broccoli cuts<\/li><li>1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup<\/li><li>1 cup of White Rice<\/li><li>1 stick of Butter<\/li><li>16 ounce package of Velveeta Cheese<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cook rice<\/li><li>Place broccoli, cream of mushroom, and rice into a casserole dish<\/li><li>Chop up the butter and Velveeta into squares<\/li><li>Mix all of the ingredients together in the casserole dish<\/li><li>Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Breakfast Balls:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup of Rolled Oats<\/li><li>2\/3 cup of Nut Butter of choice<\/li><li>\u00bc cup of Dark Chocolate Chips<\/li><li>2 tbsp Honey<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Blend dry oats into a\nflour-like consistency<\/li><li>Combine nut butter,\nhoney, chocolate chips, and oats into a bowl<\/li><li>Roll the mixture into\nballs<\/li><li>Refrigerate for 30\nminutes<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fruit Smoothie:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bd cup of Milk of Choice<\/li><li>1 cup Frozen Strawberries<\/li><li>1 Banana <\/li><li>1 handful of
