The field of carbon nanotubes has evolved over the years and has been one of hottest topics of research in the nanotechnology field. These carbon based nanostructures possess a wide variety of properties including high electrical and thermal conductivity and good mechanical properties. Our group works on growing carbon nanotubes on various substrates and studying features such as wetting and adhesion. In recent years, we have developed robust carbon nanotube coatings on steel, carbon nanotube adhesive tapes inspired by geckos, and superhydrophobic and steamphobic carbon nanotube surfaces for a variety of applications.<\/p>\n<h3>Recent Publications<\/h3>\n<p>1.
