Violence Shelters<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This project includes several sub studies investigating a wide range of topics in residents of domestic violence shelters including oppression-based trauma, sexual violence as a function of partner status, empowerment, suicidality, resilience, survivor-defined practice, just-world beliefs, trauma-related shame, eating disorder symptomology, and impact of COVID-19.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Data Collection Stage<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Validation of Partner\/Non-Partner version of the Sexual Experiences Survey (SES)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This project will evaluate the validity of an adapted version of the SES.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Data Collection Stage<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creation of a Brief Measure of Empowerment<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This project will conduct secondary data analyses with two data sets with residents of domestic violence shelters to create a briefer version of the Personal Progress Scale-Revised (PPS-R).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Data Analysis<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reasons for Violence in College Students<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This project will investigate measurement invariance in the Reasons for Violence Scale as a function of gender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Data Analysis<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Predictors of IPV Perpetration in College Students<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> This project will investigate predictors of IPV Perpetration in college men and women.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Data Analysis<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Survival Sex in Residents of Domestic Violence Shelters<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This project describes the incidence and correlates of survival sex in residents of domestic violence shelters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Manuscript Preparation\/Submission<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Race, Coping, and PTSD in Residents of Domestic Violence Shelters<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This project will look at the role of coping in IPV-related PTSD symptoms as a function of race in residents of domestic violence shelters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Data Analysis\/Manuscript Preparation<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Intuitive Eating in Residents of Domestic Violence Shelters<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This project will investigate correlates of intuitive eating in residents of domestic violence shelters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Data Analysis\/Manuscript Preparation<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Race, Empowerment, and Disordered Eating in Residents of Domestic Violence Shelters<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This project will investigate the role of empowerment as a function of race in symptoms of disordered eating in residents of domestic violence shelters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Data Analysis\/Manuscript Preparati<\/em>on<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IPV, PTSD, and Disordered Eating in Residents of Domestic Violence Shelters<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This study investigates the relationships between IPV severity, PTSD severity, and disordered eating among women IPV survivors residing in shelter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Under Review<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Role of Race, Social Support, Empowerment and Post-traumatic cognitions in Survivors of Intimate Partner Violence Symptoms of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This project evaluates the indirect effect of race on PTSD via social support, empowerment, and post-traumatic cognitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Project Status: Manuscript
