Both roles<br \/>\nrequired me to listen and review evidence, and to make decisions based<br \/>\nof the information presented.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(2) What about your non-judicial legal experience quali\u00d7es you to be a<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>judge?<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a private attorney, I help clients with a wide variety of issues. Judges<br \/>\non the Fourth District Court of Appeals are also required to decide<br \/>\ncases originating from a wide variety of issues. I practice in the Fourth<br \/>\nDistrict and am familiar with their decisions and procedures as well as<br \/>\nthe temperament required to be a respected jurist.<br \/>\nI have broad experience ranging from a criminal investigator for the<br \/>\nState of Ohio, a Chief Assistant Prosecutor in Pickaway County and in<br \/>\nmy current role as a private attorney. I have represented the State of<br \/>\nOhio, fire districts, villages, veterans\u2019 organizations, economic<br \/>\ndevelopment organizations and individuals. I believe this well-rounded<br \/>\nexperience makes me the most qualified candidate for judge on the<br \/>\nFourth District Court of Appeals<\/p>\n<p><strong>(3) Why are you running for this particular court seat?<\/strong><br \/>\nIt is my firm belief that every individual who comes before the court<br \/>\nshould have equal access to our justice system.
