(1) List your judicial experience (courts and years):<\/strong>
\nI began my service as a Judge in the Franklin County Court of Common
\nPleas in January 2013. During this time I have presided over more than
\n60 jury trials, dozens of bench trials, and thousands of cases to
\nresolution. I also serve on the Court\u2019s Personnel, Technology, and
\nVeterans\u2019 Services Committees and am the Vice Chair of the Ohio State
\nBar Association\u2019s Judicial Administration & Legal Reform Committee.<\/p>\n

(2) What about your non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a<\/strong>
\njudge?<\/strong>
\nPrior to becoming a Judge, I spent 17 years with the law \u00d7rm of Bricker
\n& Eckler LLP in Columbus, Ohio. At Bricker & Eckler, I started as an
\nAssociate in 1995 and became a Partner in 2003. My practice included
\ncomplex litigation matters, primarily in the fields of construction
\nlitigation, eminent domain, annexation, and medical malpractice. I tried
\ncases in various county common pleas courts in the State of Ohio as
\nwell as in federal court. I was also involved in the firm\u2019s pro bono
\nefforts, including providing pro bono legal services and acting as one of
\nthe firm\u2019s pro bono coordinators.<\/p>\n

(3) Why are you running for this particular court seat?<\/strong>
\nServing as a Judge in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas has
\nbeen a tremendous honor. I recognize that it is also a tremendous
\nresponsibility. As a Judge, it is my job to safeguard each party\u2019s right to
\nefficient, fair and impartial relief from the Court. It is also my obligation
\nto know the law, follow the law and render opinions that are well
\nthought out and timely. Finally, it is my role to assure that the
\ncourtroom is a place where all parties and their counsel are treated
\nequally and with dignity and respect. I humbly seek the opportunity to
\ncontinue to serve the citizens of Franklin County in this important
