I was previously a magistrate and acting judge in Marion Municipal Court.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(2) What about your non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a judge?<\/strong><br \/>Prior to my appointment my practice included probate, juvenile, domestic relations, bankruptcy, real estate, and civil litigation. I am familiar with the intersection of the various practice areas with the issues that arise in the Family Court.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(3) Why are you running for this particular court seat?<\/strong><br \/>Based on personal experience, I understand the significance, importance, and impact of the decisions made in Family Court.
