Seiberling Chair of Constitutional Law and Director of the Center for Constitutional Law, Professor Thomas, seeks to hire one research assistant.  The research assistant will primarily be responsible for conducting historical and factual research in library archives located in Cleveland.  The RA will also conduct legal research related to two book projects, one regarding an intellectual biography of the first woman judge, Florence Allen, and the second, an edited collection of leading scholarship in law and gender.

Due to important deadlines, the RA must be able to commit to working 10 hours per week (compensated at $12 per hour).  The ideal candidate will be able to work for both Spring and Summer terms.

  • Be accepted to or currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or graduate program within the United States.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
