Legal Correspondence:\u00a0 Draft legal correspondence and documents, including, but not limited to, trademark applications, business formation documents, trademark search opinions and other correspondence as required. File Management:\u00a0 Create, organize, and maintain paper and electronic files.\u00a0 Monitor document production and retrieval. Contract Drafting and Administration:\u00a0 Prepare contracts and agreements, including software and technology licenses, intellectual property agreements, commercial lease agreements, and operating agreements.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Required Skills: Candidate should have the following: Strong computer and Internet searching skills.\u00a0 Be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.\u00a0 Ability to handle multiple tasks.\u00a0 Strong grammar and writing skills.\u00a0 Polished phone and interpersonal skills.\u00a0 Experience with standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, and facsimiles.
