Jordan<\/em>, 131 S.Ct. 884. He has an extensive background in appellate practice and will speaking not only about the case, but also appellate practice in general.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>He has been featured in several articles from the ABA Journal and was named one of the &#8220;Lawyers of the Year 2011&#8221; by Lawyers USA.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>This is event is open to anyone willing to attend. Mr. Mills will be speaking on Wednesday, September 26 from 12:30 &#8211; 1:30 in RM 151. This event is mandatory for all Moot Court Honor Society Members.
