There is still time to organize a team and join us for our Kick Ball tournament this Saturday!.<\/p>\n
Akron Law Student Bar Association will be hosting a\u00a0kick-it\u00a0tournament on October 27,\u00a0 from 12:00 to 4:00 at Buchtel Fields.Kick-It\u00a0was founded by a 10-year old cancer patient with a big dream- to cure cancer by playing kickball. Now a national fundraising program,\u00a0Kick-it\u00a0raises money for pediatric, adolescent and young adult cancer research. Funds raised benefit children’s cancer research across the country.\u00a0Kick-it\u00a0partners with national medical advisory boards to identify the most promising research studies and projects.<\/p>\n
Sign up sheets are still posted outside of the SBA office.\u00a0 There is a $10 per player fee and this money will go to the\u00a0kick-it\u00a0organization in order to continue funding cancer research.\u00a0 We welcome everyone to come out and showcase your kickball skills!\u00a0 Food and drinks will be provided.<\/p>\n
