The Public Justice Foundation is holding its annual Hogan\/Smoger Access to Justice contest.\u00a0 This year\u2019s topic is:<\/p>\n
\u201cIs Democracy for Sale? Have Citizens United\u2019s holdings run amok? Legal challenges left to Super Pacs?
