The winner will receive a $2000 cash prize, an offer of publication in ELI\u2019s flagship journal, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elr.info\/welcome.cfm?CFID=4478913&amp;CFTOKEN=24214019\"><em>Environmental Law Reporter<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>(ELR), and a one-year individual membership to ELI.<\/p>\n<p>An updated copy of the 2012-13 competition notice is pasted below.
