{"id":15477,"date":"2013-08-05T10:19:19","date_gmt":"2013-08-05T14:19:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.uakron.edu\/law\/?p=15477"},"modified":"2013-08-05T13:08:47","modified_gmt":"2013-08-05T17:08:47","slug":"last-chance-to-become-a-member-of-the-akron-law-review-part-time-and-full-time-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uakron.edu\/law\/2013\/08\/05\/last-chance-to-become-a-member-of-the-akron-law-review-part-time-and-full-time-students\/","title":{"rendered":"LAST CHANCE TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE AKRON LAW REVIEW [PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME STUDENTS]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The second and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">final<\/span> write-on competition for the\u00a0<b><i>Akron Law Review<\/i><\/b>\u00a0is scheduled to\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">begin\u00a0<\/span>on\u00a0<b>August 16th<\/b>\u00a0at\u00a0<b>8:00 a.m.<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">conclude\u00a0<\/span>on\u00a0<b>August 23rd<\/b>\u00a0at\u00a0<b>11:59 p.m.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Who Can Compete?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">full-time student<\/span>\u00a0who did not\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">submit<\/span>\u00a0a write-on during the first write-on competition, and has a 2.60 GPA or higher, is eligible to compete. [If you downloaded the prompt during the first write-on, but did not submit a paper, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">you are still eligible<\/span> to compete.]<\/li>\n<li>Any\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">part-time\u00a0student<\/span>\u00a0who has successfully completed their first year, as defined by the administration, and has a 2.60 GPA or higher, is eligible to compete.
