The American Bar Association Business Law Section is sponsoring its 24th annual Mendes Hershman student writing contest to encourage and reward law student writings on a business law subject of general and current interest.<\/p>\n
http:\/\/www.abanet.org\/buslaw\/hershman\/<\/a><\/p>\n Each ABA-accredited law school, acting through its dean, is asked to nominate one<\/strong> paper on a high quality business law topic written in the 2009-2010 or current academic year by a student currently enrolled in the law school’s J.D. program.<\/p>\n \u00a0I currently have 1 student who has submitted a draft for nomination.\u00a0 If you are interested in submitting a paper, please let me know.\u00a0 Entries must be submitted by Jan. 8, and we will need time to review the submissions\u2014so please get your submission to me by 12\/18\/09 at the latest if you would like to have your paper considered for nomination.<\/p>\n \u00a0Stefan J.
