SPOON BUSINESS LAW WRITING COMPETITION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The JOURNAL OF BUSINESS &amp; SECURITIES LAW is now accepting submissions for the Elliot A. Spoon Business Law Writing Competition. Submit a journal style article on any current topic concerning business or securities law.<\/p>\n<p>The Elliot A. Spoon Business Law Writing Competition is designed to encourage business law scholarship by upper-level law students nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>The selected winner will receive a check in the amount of $500.00 by mail, contingent on receipt of a signed publication contract. The winner will be notified by April 7, 2010 via email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUBMISSION PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The competition is open to any law student of an ABA accredited law school.
