The lessons are designed to augment traditional law school instruction and can be assigned as supplemental study material or integrated with other course materials.\u00a0\u201d (Source: CALI web site)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>To use the lessons you will need to register on the CALI site and enter\u00a0our law\u00a0school\u2019s authorization code. \u00a0Here are the instructions for obtaining the School of Law CALI authorization code and accessing the CALI lessons:<\/p>\n<p>1. Click on this\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sharepoint.uanet.edu\/lawfac\/lawlibrary\/Students\/CALI-Student-Access-11-03-25.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and enter your UAnet ID and university password.<\/p>\n<p>2. A PDF document will open with Akron\u2019s CALI authorization code and additional instructions on accessing the CALI website.<\/p>\n<p>3. Go to CALI\u2019s\u00a0website (http<strong>:\/\/<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cali.org\/\">www.cali.org<\/a>\u00a0) and click on \u201cCreate New Account.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Follow the instructions\u00a0on that web page and enter the CALI authorization code when prompted. Use your University email address.<\/p>\n<p>You will need to use this authorization code the first time you register.\u00a0 \u00a0During the registration process you create a custom password. In subsequent visits to use the lessons, you will just enter\u00a0<strong>your email address and your custom password<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not give The University of Akron School of Law CALI\u00a0authorization code\u00a0to anyone outside of this law school.\u00a0\u00a0The University of\u00a0Akron is a member of the Center for Computer Assisted\u00a0Legal Instruction and therefore has a license to the CALI exercises.<\/p>\n<p>Questions?
