Law Clerk is expected to draft and file pleadings, accompany lawyers to in-home visits for Guardian ad Litem cases and occasionally to court, answer phones, and take messages for lawyers while they are out of the office. . Law Clerk is expected to work approximately 20-30 hours per week during the summer and approximately 20 hours per week during the school year, with the occasional night or weekend hours for after-hour visits with Guardian ad Litem clients.
