The Law Clerk position is designed to expose law students to the field of intellectual property law and provide an evaluation of a clerk\u2019s abilities. <\/p>\n
Qualified candidates will:<\/p>\n
–\tPossess a degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, ceramic, glass science, materials science, chemical), physics, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology or similar
\n–\tBe currently enrolled in law school with one year completed
\n–\tPossess outstanding written and oral communication skills
\n–\tHave excellent research skills<\/p>\n
Responsibilities will include research, drafting patent applications, drafting opinions and other patent and trademark related projects. <\/p>\n
