Packing Day for the 28th Annual Child & Family Awareness Month
\nSaturday, February 14, 10am-1pm
\nSummit County Children Services
\n264 S. Arlington Street, Akron
\nDuties: Volunteers will help pack print and collateral materials into boxes and bags so they can be distributed to the community. Materials include: brochures, posters, flyers, buttons, stickers and magnets. Volunteers will also help prepare a mailing by collating materials and stuffing\/sealing\/labeling envelopes.
\nVolunteers need to be able to lift\/carry 10-12 lbs. and stand on their feel for long periods of time. NOTE: There are jobs where volunteers will be sitting down as well.
\nDress: Comfortable and casual; jeans are fine.
\nLight refreshments will be provided.
