Each year, members of the graduating class contribute funds to begin their legacy as Akron Law alumni and to memorialize their class.<\/p>\n
The class of 2010 would like to provide a lasting remembrance of Professor Malina Coleman who passed away in the fall of 2009.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0The specific commemorative item will depend on how much each graduating student contributes.<\/p>\n
If each 2010 class member donates $20, we will be able to commission an oil portrait of Professor Coleman (similar to the portraits of the prominent people currently displayed on the first and second floors of the atrium) with an inscription recognizing the Class of 2010.<\/p>\n
