\nDuties will include assisting the General Counsel with various tasks related to the legal concerns of the Company. Primary focus will be on contract administration, but will also involve exposure to a wide variety of areas of law. This is a part-time, paid position starting ASAP and last through the end of the year.
\nQualifications: Looking for a 2L with prior corporate office experience and strong analytical skills. Should have a solid attention to detail and should be familiar with Microsoft Office applications; a proficiency in MS Access is a plus. GPA of 3.5 and above is preferred.
