Larson is looking for a second-year law student to maintain the civil docket of his court. Duties include but not limited to reviewing civil complaints, answers and motions that are pertinent to the assigned cases of the court. Research and present the points of law and appropriate legal solutions and orders to the Judge.\u00a0 Communicate between all interested parties of the civil suit. Schedule all civil actions on the docket. Prepare proposed orders, notices and entries.
