\u00a0You will want to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">mark your calendar now<\/span> for the following events that will be happening as soon as we are back in session\u00a0in the Fall 2016 semester:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ohio Bar Admissions Workshop<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Date: \u00a0Thursday, September 1<\/p>\n<p>Time: 5:15 &#8211; 6:15 pm<\/p>\n<p>Location: \u00a0Goodyear Auditorium, Room 229 in the Polymer Building (the glass building just east of the law school)<\/p>\n<p>Who should attend: \u00a0All students who started law school in Fall 2015 or Spring 2016 semesters planning to take the Ohio Bar<\/p>\n<p>Learn how to complete the Application to Register as a Candidate for Admission to the Ohio Bar. \u00a0We are privileged to have the Director of the Supreme Court of Ohio Bar Admissions Office, Director Lee Ann Ward, present this workshop. \u00a0This application is due by <strong>all students in their second year of law school<\/strong> on November 15, 2016. \u00a0You will not want to miss this!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Substance Abuse Lecture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Date: \u00a0Wednesday, September\u00a07<\/p>\n<p>Time: 5:15 &#8211; 6:15 pm<\/p>\n<p>Location: \u00a0Goodyear Auditorium, Room 229 in the Polymer Building (the glass building just east of the law school)<\/p>\n<p>Who should attend: \u00a0All students\u00a0planning to take the Ohio Bar if you have not attended this lecture yet<\/p>\n<p>The one-hour Substance Abuse Lecture <strong>is required<\/strong> if you plan to take the Ohio Bar at any time in the future. \u00a0You may attend this lecture during any semester you are in\u00a0law school, and we will verify\u00a0your attendance with the Supreme Court of Ohio when you graduate from law school.\u00a0\u00a0You will definitely want to make this lecture, particularly if\u00a0you are planning to graduate in Fall 2016 or Spring 2017 and you have not yet attended one.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, please email Student Services at\u00a0lawstudentservices@uakron.edu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello!
