Additionally, interns will receive training on legal research and will ultimately support customers on Lexis Advance with usability and research issues via our Live Support (chat) channel.<\/p>\n<p><em>Hiring Criteria:<\/em> 1L, 2L, 3L. Typing skills must be excellent for both speed and accuracy; Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple conversations simultaneously; Must be able to use canned messages appropriately and in a timely fashion; Must be empathetic and understand the customer\u2019s pain points and be able to delight a customer; Have outstanding customer service skills and be able to use professional grammar and have a strong attention to detail; Create a meaningful connection\/conversation with the customers and be able to offer additional products or services when applicable. MUST be able to keep details of customer conversations confidential.<\/p>\n<p><em>Start Date:<\/em> May 9, 2016.
