\nAkronLawJobs No. 7367 Overview: Seeking an intern to assist the Compliance Officer with various projects in a corporate law setting.
\nDuties may include: Review contract and legal documents to locate certain data and information; Prepare summaries of contracts; Research and assist with matters relating to corporate compliance; Assist Compliance Office with special projects assigned; Enter data and information from documents into computer system; Review contracts and legal documents to locate certain data and information; Review and revise routing business agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents; Draft routine contracts and agreements; Perform a wide variety of clerical, technical, and administrative office support duties to assist the Compliance Officer.
\nQualification: Currently enrolled in an accredited law degree program; Graduate date of December 2016 or May 2017 preferred; Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required; Outstanding research and writing skills and strong oral communication skills; plus attention to detail. Must have a valid Driver\u2019s License. May be required to pass a drug, alcohol, credit, and\/or criminal background check.
