LAW CLERK POSITION
\nThree local attorneys, Alfred E. Schrader, Janice Romanoski and Scot Stevenson seek a rising 3rd year law student for a paid law clerk position. Position available due to graduation of present clerk.
\nDuties include, but are not limited to:
\n\u2013 Researching legal issues associated with client and other matters;
\n\u2013\tDrafting memorandums regarding research topics;
\n\u2013\tDrafting pleadings, opinion letters, legal briefs;
\n\u2013\tAssisting with discovery including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production of documents;
\n\u2013\tCommunicating w\/clients as directed by supervising attorney;
\n\u2013\tSome daily filing, banking and other errands\/tasks (flexible according to your daily schedule)
\nOur law clerk must demonstrate professionalism and courtesy especially when communicating with court personnel and clients. Maintaining confidentiality regarding client matters is paramount.
