\nQualifications: JD, MS in Accounting\/Tax, or BS\/BA in Accounting or related field; Requires a great deal of persuasive writing; Detailed note taking capability; Must be willing to occasionally travel and work at client locations; Good social skills, dynamic personality and excellent communication skills; OUTSTANDING note taking skills; Extremely organized; and Proficient in MS Excel.
