\nDuties: Attend client intake with attorney, eventually handling intakes alone when scheduling inquiries; Draft pleadings; Attend pre-trials; Attend depositions; Legal Research; Work in the office as a team member; Be willing to type own memos, pleadings, etc., when needed; All tasks associated with working as an associate attorney.
\nQualifications: JD and member in good standing of the bar; Personal injury experience; Experience in taking depositions; Minimum of three years of experience; Excellent writing skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); and be familiar with electronic filing systems in local Courts.
