\nQualifications: The Business Litigation group of Thompson Hine seeks a 2L for a ten-week summer clerkship in its Cincinnati office. Outstanding academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and a strong interest in a career as a trial lawyer are required. Participation in Law Review and moot court team competition are preferred, as is coursework and\/or clinical offerings in trial practice. Required materials include a letter of interest, resume, and transcript. 2L; Excellent academic credentials (preferably with coursework in areas such as federal income tax, executive compensation, retirement planning, and executive compensation benefits); Outstanding drafting and research skills; The ability to take on material responsibility and interact with clients at an early stage; A strong work ethic; and the desire to pursue a career in Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation law are required.
