\nDuties: Skills\/Qualifications \u2022 Current second or third year law student \u2022 Exceptional research and writing skills \u2022 Preferably has taken some or all of the following courses: o Legal Writing o Civil Procedures o Moot Court experience Responsibilities \u2022 Filing, researching, and writing motions, briefs deposition summaries, and medical treatment summaries \u2022 Attending hearings and depositions with counsel \u2022 Assisting with trial preparation as necessary This position will provide an excellent opportunity for practical litigation experience.
\nQualifications: 2L or 3L. Exceptional research and writing skills; and preferably have taken some or all of the following courses: Legal Writing; Civil Procedures; Moot Court Experience.
