\nAkronLawJobs No. 7756 Overview: Conte Co., CPA, Inc. is a local CPA firm with a need for a long-term intern. We are a full-service tax, audit and advisory firm, with a varied client base of individuals, corporations, partnerships, non-profits, estates and trusts. We have a 30 year history of serving our clients.
\nDuties: Financial statement reconciliation and preparation; Tax return preparation for individuals, businesses, estates and trusts; Payroll tax preparation; Rental property management and account reconciliation; and Various other technical tax research and professional duties.
\nQualifications: 1L, 2L, 3L, or recent graduate. Ideal candidate would have an accounting or finance undergraduate major; Additional accounting and finance course would be of benefit; Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word are necessary and over all general computer skills are a plus; Familiarity with PeachTree (Sage) Accounting and QuickBooks also helpful; and Candidate can expect a long-term tenure here, if desired.
\nHours: Available during normal business hours (or evening hours to fit the candidate\u2019s schedule) and Saturdays from January to April, is required.
\nStarting Pay: $15.00 per hour
