The 69th Western Reserve District 5 Science Day will be held at The University of Akron, on Saturday, March 18, 2017 in the Student Union. Please consider being a judge for this year\u2019s event!<\/p>\n
Middle school and high school students must receive a superior at their local fair to participate in the District Science Day. We are planning on having over 300 participants.<\/p>\n
We are seeking judges that are teachers or area professionals. Anyone with a background in law or psychology is encouraged to participate. The categories include: behavioral & social science, biochemistry, botany, chemistry, computer science, earth & space science, engineering & technological design, environmental science, mathematics, medicine & health, microbiology, physics, and zoology.<\/p>\n
Judges should arrive at the Student Union at The University of Akron at 7:45am and will be leaving after a complimentary lunch around 1:00pm.<\/p>\n
