Examsoft has discovered an issue with the latest version of MacOS and Examsoft.\u00a0 If you have not upgraded to 10.12.4 already, please hold off until after exams.\u00a0 Other schools have noted that some <\/u>students with this version have had troubles with the exam freezing while in the software.\u00a0 For them, restarting the machine will typically fix the issue. \u00a0Remember that you can use the software even if you have upgraded, but it may freeze multiple times during the exam.\u00a0 Examsoft is working with Apple to get a fix in place.<\/p>\n
To determine what version you are running, click on the Apple Icon in the upper left hand corner and select \u201cAbout this Mac\u201d.\u00a0 The 10.12.4 has a build number of 16E195.\u00a0 Below is a link to Apple\u2019s support documentation.<\/p>\n
