The Competition is open to any minority college or first year law student who is a legal resident of the United States residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia and who is enrolled in a two-year to five-year institution, graduate school or law school in 2017. Minority is defined as the following: Black, Asian, Pacific Islander, Native American, Eskimo, or Hispanic.<\/p>\n
