\nDuties: <\/em>Reviewing contracts and legal documents to locate certain data and information; Preparing summaries of contracts; Researching and assisting with matters relating to corporate compliance; Assisting the Compliance Office with special projects as assigned; Entering data and information from documents into computer system; Reviewing contracts and legal documents to locate certain data and information; Reviewing and revising routing business agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents; Drafting routine contracts and agreements; and Performing a wide variety of clerical, technical, and administrative office support duties to assist Compliance Officer.
\nMinimum Qualifications: <\/em>\u00a0Must have completed your first year of Law School, 2L. Outstanding research and writing skills and strong oral communication skills; Strong attention to detail; Must maintain a valid Driver’s License; Knowledge of HR principles; and May be subject to pass a drug, alcohol, and\/or criminal background check.<\/p>\n
