This year&#8217;s topic is:<\/p>\n<p><em>The Supreme Court has recognized &#8220;temperance&#8221; as a permissible goal of state alcohol regulation. Define temperance as it would apply in today&#8217;s alcohol marketplace. Is it still relevant today?
