Assisting with acquisitions and other transactions by conducting due diligence and research. Occasionally attending meetings with attorneys, management staff, and others.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong> 2L, 3L<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prerequisites: <\/em><\/strong>None required, but students with previous health care experience may receive more sophisticated work assignments.
